Tips for conceiving with PCOS?

Me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby for almost a year and I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed metformin. We’re feeling positive and hopeful but just wanted to ask if anyone had any tips that you think that helped you to fall pregnant naturally?

Keep your weight low if possible - they’ll tell you that’s the best way to manage it but if you can’t conceive naturally the expectation will be that your BMI is under 30 for them to offer further treatment.

Do some research about the keto diet and fertility - I'm convinced this helped me get pregnant.

Definitely give the metformin a go before trying anything else. Also add in some Vit B complex as it can deplete this. Don't drink on it (just don't take it if you will be having a drink). I was on a low dose but still it helped my periods, skin and appetite (to an extent). I got pregnant really quickly but I don't seem to have an issue with that. It seems to be all the cosmetic issues I've struggled with.
