strange question……. I’ve started getting a buzzing/pulsating vibration in my veins when I’m dropping off to sleep. It’s quite disturbing. It’s through my whole body. I’m sure I’ve read somewhere in another post about it but I can’t find it in the search bar🤷♀️ Is it too much Levo? Or not enough? I

Old but new here.
Hello. I wanted to share my history while new, so people can get to know me and what I have gone through, and hope to learn from others what their stories are, in hopes of finding something new to help me and to share what has helped me as well. My body feels like I am a hundred years old. My spirit

Red patches on elbows caused by heart medication?
I’ve noticed a large red patch, slightly raised, on one elbow (outside) and a much less noticeable pinkish one on the other. I rubbed some witch hazel on it which seemed to have made it even redder. It doesn’t itch and might have been there for a few weeks without my noticing it When I googled for

Being on blood thinning tablets (Rivaoxaban) means I can’t take ibuprofen, this natural vitamin was recommended to me for muscle and joint pains, hope someone can help. Regards, Stuart

A recent visit to a MD in general practice who was interested in administering injections of Testosterone decided to wait and prescribed DHEA and Pregnenolone and MSM instead. Chondroitin Sulfate is found in some joint supplements . . . Be Careful
As mentioned on another thread by George Glass, one should be careful with joint supplements which contain chondroitin sulfate. Dr. Myers was one of the first to observe possible negative effects for those with prostrate cancer. See reference below. https://www.fortmyersbeachtalk.com/2009/03/24/

Stress, anxiety and the effects of internet.
A really interesting case study of how the internet, specifically social media can be so damaging to our wellbeing. I would include watch the MSM news, which is all consuming and intense, we have 24hours of this stuff and 99% bad news. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_u5p6hwS5SM

Diagnosis
I am yet to get a fibromyalgia diagnosis as I still cannot get to speak to a doctor. I have been under a specialist for couple years for my shoulder pain and he did write to my doctor asking if blood tests could be carried out for arthritis which came back fine. After my latest appointment in December

Some natural supplements that help for hair (and pain)
Hi all, I had posted here a while back about hair loss after some of the meds and treatments I’d been on like anastrozole…I lost more than half of my hair on it and was really devastated. (Could also be from being put on early menopause). Since going off the anastrozole, my hair is growing back very

Where is the best place to buy K2 mk 7
Hello everyone - hope you are all as well as can be expected considering we all have health issues. I see a lot of people suggest taking vitamin K2 Mk 7 to aid with calcium. I've been looking on-line at several places selling it and am getting more and more confused in the process. Can anyone please
