Hi, I have moderate knee pain and find it worst in the right knee, I say average pain but on occasion it can give me socks! If I happen to rotate on the knee in a certain position, but generally am getting a mild acheing feeling when out walking. Has anyone used a glucosamine supplement to good affect

B-6, Methyl Folate and B-12
I know it's been written before, yet I'm still confused. Vitamin B-6 has to be taken a few hours after Levodopa, RIGHT? Even though he is on Levodopa/Carbidopa, I still hold to that "rule". Methyl Folate, B-9, is it safe or no? Vitamin B-12, I have heard a negative about it. He takes this daily at 1

Tampons for grade 1 bladder prolapse (cystocele)
Hi. I have never used tampons, I'm 46 but due to the prolapse would like to hear from anyone who successfully improves their symptoms with them. I just successfully used them (regular) for 3 days whilst on my period. I have read that super tampons are best. I've also read that taking a tampon out dry

Sitz Bath ingredients
Does anyone have a favourite oil or ingredient to add into their sitz bath? I looked it up on Google and there was a long list from Epsom salts to witch hazel. Does anyone have their favourite, if not for the sitz bath, for an ordinary bath (pardon the denigration 🤣). Lesley

Vegan Nutritional Deficiency or Not?
I’ve been vegan now for about 3 1/2 years plus I’ve been T1 juvenile diabetic for 28yrs. My energy level is good, my weight is good but I have noticed some very tight & achy joints that have developed over the past few years in my hips, legs back, shoulder, wrists & even knees and feet sometimes. plus

An Ickle Surprise...
Hi everyone, Like many of you, I have suffered this RLS curse for getting on for 30 years of which the last 20 years have been tough. Watery smiles and sympathetic shrugs from doctors didn't lead me anywhere and I was stuck with my best "fix" of paddling in cold water two or three times a night to buy

Begging for help
Hi, I’m 33 and from Melbourne, Australia I have always been the sick kid for as long as I can remember. At age 18 months I was diagnosed with severely low playlets and required transfusions. Luckily this rectified as I got older. Growing up I had asthma, allergies, hay fever and allergies to animals

Open back and face sores
Hello, I am posting this for a condition my wife has. She is 48 years old and about 5 years ago she started getting these spots on her face, After several visits to skin doctor and multiple tests we are still back to square one. About 6 months ago this sore broke out on her back and has not gotten better

Healing Adrenal Glands
I have just seen a summit in which John Gray [Men are frim Mars etc] gave a talk and he says the adrenal glands can be healed using 5,000 mg of vitamin C, 5,000 mg taurine and 5,000 mg MSM three times a day. Has anyone tried this with any success? The link has a video and at the end he talks about this
