I started taking this about 3 weeks ago after someone posted it. I woke up this morning and realized NOTHING HURTS!! My shoulders, elbows, knees and hip all pain free!! Found it on Amazon.

Would very much like to hear, and continue to hear, as others try it, what their immediate and ongoing experiences are. If many members, especially those fairly well known in and to this group, do report similar ONGOING experiences, it could serve as an informal validation of some immediate legitimacy, and thereby be valuable as well as actionable indeed. Fingers crossed to see if enough do give it a try and report...

How much are you taking?

I have been taking 500 mg daily since long before Parkinson's.

Magnesium Glycinate is one of the more absorbable forms of oral magnesium which seems to mainly avoid the unwanted side effect of diarrhea. Magnesium has the potential for multiple benefits for PWPs . Here is a link to a post I wrote about magnesium in oral and topical forms as it relates to PD in particular:

Magnesium can also sometimes show synergy with vitamin B-1 / HDT/ Thiamine. Here is a link to a post I wrote on that subject :

Lastly, it is possible to get too much magnesium and that would be a problem. Btw, the magnesium you are taking is 200 mg per capsule, not 400 mg, so your total intake is 400 mg per day, not 800 mg as your post suggests. A daily dose of 800 mg of magnesium (elemental) is likely to cause problems. The two capsules you are taking for a total of 400 mg is at or very close to the daily allowance.

I have trouble finding this? All I see is oxide or citrate. Where do you get it.
