Hi. I recently had a stool sample tested and my doctor has just informed me that i have very high levels of calprotectin. I have been told to wait for the letter from the gastro unit. I am so worried and currently 5 months pregnant. I have been having blood in my stools on and off for 2/3 years and doctors said it was hemorrhoids and anal fissure. I have been so stressed just suppose i have been misdiagnosed and infact its something more sinister. Has anyone else had blood in stool and high levels of calprotectin and what was the outcome. Thank you.

Just read your post. I have had high calpro levels too and been anxious. Did you get further testings and proper diagnoses?
