Nonpharmacologic measures before Nifedipine
My Raynaud’s has worsened suddenly. Assuming it is Raynaud’s that is. It was first ‘diagnosed’ 2 years ago with no testing or investigation, just based on me saying I get numb hands at night. I very recently get toes and fingers feeling cold a lot of the time with some numbness and slight tingling.

IUI converted to IVF
Has anyone had an IUI cycle converted to IVF because of to many follicles? I have just done 8 days of gonal F (100) and buresalin (30) and had my scan which showed to many follicles for IUI so continued with two days of gonal (50) so half the amount and today was re-scanned and I have 7 follicles ready

Any Experience with Tocilizumab and GCA?
I am reading that it may reduce the likelihood of relapse and can reduce the long term dosage of Prednisone. Has anyone had experience with it, good or bad?

Been given my dates for my next round, but feeling really down for some reason
I guess it just feels so far away still. Egg collection provisionally scheduled for 11th March with Gonal-F starting on 28th February. That's (literally) a month away! Just so tired all the time, and feel in limbo with little energy for anything. :(

Imminent ablation
Got the date for my ablation in two weeks time. I am now terrified wondering if I have made the right decision. It’s the death risk of 1 in 1000 that really bothers me. My af is well under control with only one , very debilitating episode and the odd hour each year. I have been on quite a high dose of

Small fiber neuropathy and B12 deficiency
After a normal brain and spine MRI, normal EMG and nerve conduction study, and normal labs (apart from low b12), I found out yesterday that the results of my skin biopsy show small fiber neuropathy. The neurologist said most likely due to the B12 deficiency. Upon researching small fiber neuropathy,

Rectal/anal pain during period
Hi! I wonder if severe rectal pain during periods can be a sign I have endometriosis? When I am about to have my period, I get like a constant shooting/stabbing pain on my rectal/anal region that it's hard for me to sit, and I notice it aggravates my hemorrhoid as well. I am getting worried as the pain

Really need some positivity right now.
Hey everyone, I started my 2nd round of ICSI on Saturday. My first failed round ended in just 2 eggs being collected to which neither fertilised. The consultant mentioned poor egg/low ovarian reserve and I have also got low amh levels. I started taking DHEA in August 2019 alongside COQ10 Ubiquinol and

Burning in feet
I have small fibre neuropathy in my feet and the burning is unbearable. It is 24/7 and I was wondering if anyone else has this and what medication you take that helps with the burning. I really do not like taking medications because of the side effects but I am desperate now. Thank you

Experience botox for anal fissures
Good morning, Who has experience with botox treatment for anal fissures and wants to share his / her experience? I have fissures for 7 years now. The biggest complaint is the pressure I feel down there. I rarely actually have pain. Recently I also suffer from a slight loss of intestinal fluid. This
