I guess it just feels so far away still. Egg collection provisionally scheduled for 11th March with Gonal-F starting on 28th February. That's (literally) a month away!
Just so tired all the time, and feel in limbo with little energy for anything.

That’s very close! Use this time to get ready for it, take care of yourself, do some meditation, yoga, eat well, go on nice walks, meet friends. Try to keep a positive state of mind. I’m not sure if you are working at the moment, if not find an excuse to get out of the house. I usually feel low at the weekend when I tend to stay at home and more positive during the week when I have my routine.
You need that time when you're feeling that way though! You need to rest and take care of yourself and eat nourishing food - you don't want to start a cycle feeling awful xx
I know it probably feels like a lifetime away but it’s the start of Feb this weekend, it will come around a lot quicker than it feels right now.
I personally would pour myself a big fat glass of wine and enjoy it whilst I still can but you do whatever makes you feel relaxed. Wishing you a very quick four weeks xx
I know it seems ages but Feb is a short month and we are nearly in it already!
Make the most of these next few weeks by doing some things for you. Xxx
I’m sorry to hear it ended up being later than what you wanted. At least you have a date in place now though and can start looking towards it. IVF really does create a weird life time warp but once you begin the drugs it will start to move quickly again 😊 until the 2ww of course 😂. Sending lots of positive vibes for your treatment ❤️ x
I remember the first follicle scan I told the consultant how tired I was ..... he sighed ..... looked at me , and said....
‘that will be the worry, it’s exhausting’. 😘
This is a big deal , but keep it in perspective.
try to focus on the positive side of things.
1. You now have a plan!

3. You are ok
4. You have a few days to get stuff done and sorted so you can relax.
5. You’ve time to get some runs or walks in
6. Get your fluid intake started
7. Time to think of questions
8. Time for a night away with the other half
9. Time to get your head in a great place
10. Time to cook and freeze nutritious food to keep you nice and healthy
11. Read from number 1 again 😘🤣
Get a new diary and fill it all in!
You will be ok 💐😘😘😘😘
Big hugs,
Lift that chin and find a happy way to move forward,

Ps it’s February on Saturday 😘
"That'll be the worry. It's exhausting" Lol. Yup! Thanks for the support; really appreciate it. Just having a wobble; you know. It's very emotional - constantly going through all this!
I am pleased we have a plan in place now. Just getting in the right frame of mind. Trying to take care of myself so I'm in the best place possible.
Good on ya 🤗 you’ll get you get yourself steadied up soon 😘😘😘😘 ps I’d also maybe have the odd gin .... 😘
I'm relaying to my husband that my "sisters" on here say I can have a glass of wine. He was assuming I'd be teetotal for months while waiting for IVF! Nope!
🤣🍾🥂🍹🍸 😘🎉
That’s no time at all! Eat lots of veggies, drink beetroot juice, do some yoga and enjoy this time before all the drugs begin 😬 I know this journey is hard but one thing I’ve learned is to not wish the time away. Spend it doing something enjoyable because this might be the last relaxing time for a long while ☘️🍷
