Erleada and BP
Since starting Erleada in August, 2022, my BP has gone from controlled to out of control. Current BP meds are spironolactone, clonidine, nifedipine, and irbesartan. If you have first-hand experience with any BP med that worked for you while on Erleada, please let me know. Thanks.

Since diagnosis in 2018, I have pretty much run the gamut of affordable SOC treatments and I finally got my Onco to agree that the treatments were doing more harm than good (based on side effects and endlessly climbing PSA). I have continual gut pain. Is this type of pain what we hear about as

My feet is an agony. Especially the sole of my feet. It's even painful without stepping on the floor. I am on Gabapentin and amytriptylin for my neuropathy. I have a an appointment with a neurophysiology consultant in a couple of weeks. Please can advice on what could reduce pain.

Coagulation markers as independent predictors of prostate cancer aggressiveness.
New study below [1]. Altered coagulation factors are an early event in PCa. Indeed, the first sign of PCa in some men may be a deep vein thrombosis [DVT. The study authors wondered if there were coagulation factors associated with aggressive disease. Only fibrinogen & D-dimer were determined

Anyone had lots of eggs but no embryos from 1st cycle any chance on 2nd cycle?! Change stims? Change clinic?! Supplements?
I'm 39, have PCOS but they think it's more hypothalamic amenorrhea that's causing annovulatuon. Clomid and letrazole didn't work. I have a high AMH, BMI just got above19. We just did our first and only cycle of IVF allowed on NHS and I got 14 eggs collected from over 15 follicles & oestrogen was over

Neuropathy treatments?
Hi everyone, I have been dealing with widespread neuropathy symptoms for a while now. My arms, hands, legs, feet, face, and mouth often itch, burn, tingle, have pins and needles, and mild numbness (not fully numb, but headed there). As I am typing this I have been scratching my arms and face like crazy

Any suggestions?
Last September I experienced extremely cold feet, even though they were warm to the touch. Pain, tingling, and a tapping-like sensation moved up my legs. My GP referred me and I saw a consultant for an initial consultation who lined up tests, including MRI, etc. I had EMG and NCS tests yesterday (Friday

Pudendal nerve entrapment
Hi, has anyone been to see Specialist pelvic expert Madalina Grigore at Sayer Clinic: Kensington? I am so desperate to rid myself of this awful pudendal nerve pain (7 years now). It will be costly going to this clinic but if they can help me get rid of this pain, then it will be money well spent. Unfortunately

Joint pain and neuropathy at night making it very difficult to sleep - any suggestions?
I’ve been experiencing a lot of joint pain and neuropathy symptoms at night. It’s making sleeping very difficult. I fall asleep in pain (due only to pure exhaustion) and I am woken up every morning by the same pain. Any suggestions for what to do? I need to be able to sleep. It’s horrible.

Fantastic Book for PMR and GCA
On one of my earlier posts, a poster referred me to a book about PMR and GCA. My husband, 73 has been diagnosed with PMR. She recommended this book and it has been fantastic and eye opening and in many ways a Godsend, particularly for asking questions of the rheumatologist and his proactive GP who
