I posted a few days ago about my husband’s side effects of amg 160. He started having upper spine and hip pain. They did a mri and his cancer has spread. They put him in the hospital gave him steroids and are doing radiation to the tumors in his upper spine, lower spine, and hips. When they did

Anyone know a Councilor/Therapist in North Carolina near Kings Mountain?
Does anyone know a councilor or therapist that accepts NC Medicaid? I have been told by my psychiatrist that I should get counseling.

Restrictions & mixed messages
Morning all, Been quiet for quite a long time. I’m still MRD /according to last bloods & due BMB mid August. I’ve felt slightly broken in the head for about 6wks, due to start counselling via Christie’s in a month - the last 5yrs have taken a toll and probably now it’s all hitting home. The transition

So, I drank last night. Depressed this morning, and now Anxiety has set in. I walked a little, sat in the park for awhile and cried. I always say I can deal with depression because I've been depressed for 40 years. Anxiety makes me feel insane and I want to die. Everything should be good. I'm going

1 embryo made it to day 5!
Hi all, We're on our first round (ICSI abroad) and I've just had the news that 1 of our embryos made it to day 5. We went from 7 eggs collected (I have low ovarian reserve), to 4 fertilised (various problematic sperm parameters), to 2 on day 3. I was hoping both of those would make it to day 5, but alas

Hi I am looking for counselling on this site as there is lots of people with anxiety. I thought it would be good to chat with those people or a counceller.

I read as much as I could find on the CDK12 mutation but have not made any real progress in determining exactly what it means that I have this mutation. I had both biopsy and germline genetic testing. I thought that no mutations were found because it had been a while and I am pretty sure that is what

I need help..
Hello all. I write this message with tears pouring from my eyes. I am desperate and I need help. I am a single father of a 6 year old boy with ADHD. He has the sweetest heart but lacks the ability to self regulate his behavior for long. I get notes every day from his daycare about how terrible his behavior

I'm finding this forum pretty helpful, so now I'm posting an update about my saga (refresher: diagnosed a month ago at age 33, only lasted 6 days on adderall because it made my depression worse, also on prozac for depression/anxiety) my psychiatrist started me on dexedrine (5mg 2x/day, will switch to

Genetic Testing
My dad has possible MSA-C. It has been suggested by the Neurologist that he gets genetically tested to see if this is in his genes or it’s just ‘bad luck’. My understanding is that MSA is not hereditary however research is ongoing and the Neurologist I think, wants to rule this out. As his daughter

One embryo from egg retrieval
So last time, we didn't get any embryos. We got ONE this time. They are doing genetic testing now and will let us know in two weeks. Anyone have positive feedback from genetic testing? I am extremely nervous.

Manuka honey and IBS
I’ve had IBS for well over 30 years now and the last few years have been pretty good. Under control with diet and Laxido. However, from September last year my anxiety disorder sky rocketed because of various really stressful events (too much to talk about here). I’m also in trauma counselling. I ended
