Hi, thank you for letting my husband and I join in… As I am trying to find information on how to deal with my husband’s sever plaque psoriasis, awful psoriasis flares after docetaxel chemotherapy infusion treatments and high glucose levels/numbers that seem to coincide with these extreme psoriasis flares

Anyone else have bad experiences trying to seek therapy and mental health support? Really puts you off even trying...
Feeling annoyed and disheartened after a first appointment telephone call with my area’s NHS wellbeing service that I had this afternoon. I had to build myself up for this call because I felt anxious not knowing what to expect. I thought I was being brave by trying to arrange therapy even though it’

looking for treatment advice
Hello All, I am reading so much about LU-177 and immunotherapy. But I am wondering when we would start looking into these treatments. Husband is on Abiraterone, Prednisone and monthly Lupron shots. He completed 6 docetaxel treatments in April. PSA has slowly gone from almost 7000 to 4 since last diagnosis

Next steps - known donor
So 3rd cycle resulted in BFN, time to move on I think to egg donor as quality just doesn't seem to to there (3x BC blasts and one 3day embryo transfer over 3 cycles) Low AMH and turning 40 in November. What are the next steps if we are moving towards using a known donor (Little sister has mentioned

Hi lovelies, I hope everyone is okay this Friday. For those of you know me, I've been around these forums for a little while now, having progressed through 3 own egg cycles and 1 known donor cycle without success (2 chemical pregnancies and 2 miscarriages). We are now looking at going to Alicante for

Weight gain and JAK 2 inhibitors
For those of us with positive JAK2.... I was doing some research on the web to determine a possible cause for my tummy bloating and weight gain. I was surprised at the outcome of this search and it may relate to you as well. I'm not fully convinced that this
is
the cause and will put t it to

Genetic testing recommendations
Just diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer (M1B) and have started ADT: lupron + darolutamide (more details in profile). Looking for recommendations to insure I have the best genetic information available. Tumor was submitted for Decipher testing which came back as low risk (0.24). Submitted

I received results from the Guardant360 and it shows 7.74 tumor mutation burden. What does this mean and how it affect my treatment. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you all.

New to this Community - Introducing Myself
I've had ADHD all my life but much less was understood about it when a teacher first suggested it. I didn't fall into the list of symptoms they knew at the time. Years later, in my 30's, I was in a therapy session and the therapist realized I had ADHD. Now I see a specialist for the meds and a therapist

anyone on any ssri’s / sertraline as well as a blood thinner? Support needed please
due to the heart issues I have I’m very limited to any anxiety medication I can have. The cardiologist has said sertraline is probably the safest. The pharmacist questioned it when I collected it due to a possible interaction with the blood thinner riveroxaban. Unfortunately I’ve googled it and now anxiety
