I received results from the Guardant360 and it shows 7.74 tumor mutation burden. What does this mean and how it affect my treatment. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you all.

High mutation burden (number of gene mutations in the cell) indicates that the cancer may respond to treatment with checkpoints inhibitor such as Keytruda or similar drugs.

High tumor mutation burden is defined as more than 20 Mb and less than 50 Mb. A mutation burden of 7.75 is considered intermediate.

It doesn't have any treatment implications.
