Laparoscopy, no sign of endo but a cyst. It feels like my concerns are being dismissed because of my age.
Hi all, I’m 17. I’ve been suffering from every single symptom of endometriosis for the past 2 to 3 years. From the onset at 13 I’ve had heavy periods. Painful and irregular ones. Sharp pains. I had the family history to back it up. My mom had Stage IV endo, pcos, IBS, hormone imbalance when she had me

Endo recurrence
Hey, does anyone know how fast endo can come back? I had the ontraceptive implant 6 months before my lap, I was diagnosed with stage 1 in various pelvic areas. I was told it was treated but no idea if this was lasered off or excised as the surgeon did not write up proper notes. I was given the coil during

in agony, after stopping zoladex treatment
I've written before, ive got endo, but was getting high fevers and severe pelvic pain and bleeding. Gyno said it was unheard of to have fevers with endo, but said to try zoladex and if that worked it would prove it was my endo. The injfections did stop all the pain and everything was great from pelvic

Confused and don't know what to do... Coil or no Coil?
Hi Everyone, I have my consultant appointment next Wednesday and I am starting to get very nervous. My periods are so heavy that they want me to have the coil fitted, and apparently as part of my appointment on Wednesday they might do this. Now I am really not sure if I want to go ahead with this or

Health improving - but period pain much worse!
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism nearly a year ago, and am gradually seeing improvements in my symptoms. The GP has recently been persuaded to increase my dose to 100mcg of levo so I'll have my next blood tests at end Sept. Mostly I have of course been delighted at the changes in how I feel - carpal

Girlfriend had a very intense episode of something and I am terrified
I’ve been dating this girl for a few months now and the other night I witnessed something I have never seen before. Before I tell the story I should mention that she started birth control about two months ago. She got a hormonal iud implant. I’ve noticed her mood change a lot lately and it’s usually

Pill or no pill?
Hi everyone, I had my lap done last year, my surgoen fitted a marina coil. My body really didn’t agree with the coil and tried to reject it and it was awfully painful so bad it removed Feb this year. Since then i’ve been reluctant to go back on any contraception. I’ve been on lots of different pills
