How to cope with pcos

How do u all cope with pcos I was dignosed in 2003 it's just got worse and I can't do it any more it's getting worse tried all the tablets and coil implant nothing works

I am lucky that the combined pill really does control most of my symptoms, the only other option is being rigid with your diet (and losing weight if you are overweight) and sticking to a low GI.
