Endo recurrence

Hey, does anyone know how fast endo can come back? I had the ontraceptive implant 6 months before my lap, I was diagnosed with stage 1 in various pelvic areas. I was told it was treated but no idea if this was lasered off or excised as the surgeon did not write up proper notes. I was given the coil during surgery but had it taken out 2 months later due to pain. The surgery didnt really help with any of my symptoms ie pain, nausea, bloat, 6 months no period, constipation. Would it be possible that my endometriosis has grown again? I have heard that using a contraceptive before a lap can mask/ hide the endometriosis patches, I was using the implant so is it possible they didnt find all the endo? My lap was last November and since January I have not had any treatment such as the pill or coil. My doctors dont seam to be taking me seriously and just saying that my symptoms are not due to endo and are in my head. Their reasons for this is that if I did have endo then the coil would have helped me. Im really struggling here and find it difficult to cope the now, the pain is taking so much out of me. Ive got an appointment with another doctor on Friday and I want to be assertive but they just treat me like an idiot. Do you think its possible that some of my endo was missed during the lap or that it has grown back? I really dont believe these symptoms are in my head. Thank you so much for reading ❤
