Covid and flu vaccine
I had both my covid and
flu
boosters yesterday and have just had a really uncomfortable night. I was experiencing fever and chills and pain all over my body. Has anyone else had this problem? I wondered if it was associated with the scleroderma as my body always does overreact to anything foreign.

temperature fluctuations
I have had a problem with my body being very hot to touch with
flu
like feeling, shaking and all over body pain. My cheeks are flushed with a rash on my chin and neck area. If I measure the reading on my abdomen it can be as high as 39 degrees and has been higher than that. I had rigours too.

Temporary Asthma
Fever,
flu
and a bad cough that turned into pressure in my left lung and I started feeling short of breath. The pulmonologist called it airway hyperactivity and its temporary because the air is extremely polluted in my city and he prescribed symbicort powder inhaler capsules.

Vaccines
Has anyone receiving Ocrevus get a
flu
or covid vaccine? I have been advised to get them at the same time,, at least a month prior to my next infusion. Just curious.

flu jab with adjuvent
This morning I had my
flu
jab and I stupidly forgot to ask for the under 65 jab without the adjuvent. I have always made sure that I had the safe one before. I am really frightened that I will have a huge flare having had the over 65 jab. Has anyone had it and how have you been?

Shingles following AF
Cardiologist said it’s quite possible that AF was brought on by the shingles about to appear and can be brought on by illness (
flu
for instance). Anyone else found this - that if you are under the weather you get AF? I know when I am tired the palpitations are worse (although in NSR)

I had number 4 last year at the same time as the
flu
vaccine and I was really poorly. But the side effects didn’t last that long. Is it normal?

hello
I’m beginning to see a correlation between the
flu
vaccination and a flare up. I try to think that each day is a new day and get on with life but I hate prednisolone and the various ways in which it bites you!

Shingles Vaccination UK
Hi I am glad to report that I needed no hospital admissions in 2023 (having had 4 in 2022) Decided after open ended discussion with my GP not to take Covid or
Flu
vaccinations as each one had in the past laid me up with fever etc for a week to ten days and feeling dreadful.

Dizziness
It has been on going for a good few weeks It may be a coincidence but I think it started after my last Covid and
Flu
jab, can’t be sure, it may have started just before. I also had a sinus infection after my jabs but that seems to have cleared up.
