Reaction to the flu jab.
I am assuming it is the
flu
jab as I have had no cough etc etc. My husband has had no such reaction.

Flu Jabs
Just looking for a consensus of opinion, are people starting to have their
flu
jabs now? I phoned my gp the other day and sounds like they are nowhere near ready to start jabbing people. I’m starting to wonder that despite government assurances, there will be a shortage.

We all know that our endo has an effect on our immune system, that annoyingly this isn't recognised and classed the same as say Diabetes / Heart Problems / Asthma in regards to

Negative biopsy-now what?
Had jaw claudication, sensitive scalp, blurred vision, severe headaches, fatigue and
flu
like symptoms . Although the body aches and jaw pain went away on prednisone I still have the tingly headaches. Went for cat scan and had a bilateral temporal biopsies on Monday- they came back negative.

Any fibromites had side effects from flu jab?
I have just had my
flu
jab, about the 5th year now, all well after the onset of fibro (10 yrs). This year I have had unpleasant side effects.. nausea, extra fatigue and muscle aches. I'm not allergic to eggs, which I gather can be an issue because they use hen's eggs to grow the vaccine.

19th Consolidation Run
The truth is I woke up feeling awful today having had a
flu
jab a few days ago. I had a headache and my lungs felt heavy. My friend said that I sounded very wheezy when I was running and was coughing a fair bit. I am due to go back to the hospital to assess my asthma medication.

Will you continue wearing a face mask after COVID-19 madness is over?
Arguments for wearing a face mask even if COVID-19 no longer exists: - respiratory illnesses are one of the main causes of death for CLL patients - and that includes
flu
, common cold and some kinds of pneumonia - all of which are somewhat blocked by a face mask - COV-SARS-2 vaccine may not work for some

Flu shot
I was advised by my rheumatologist to get the regular dose not the senior dose even though I am 75 yrs old. Just thought I'd share this.

Flu jab
I had my
flu
jab yesterday within minutes my tongue neck and cheek all on left side started going numb. This is similar to my symptoms of Angina. Never experienced this before after
flu
jab. Is this common reaction or unusual. It lasted about an hour.

Total thyroidectomy and the flu jab
I was under the impression that hypothyroidism is classed as a chronic illness and therefore I should be getting a
flu
jab. In these worrying times I want to do everything I can to protect myself.

Flu jab
I received a message from my gp today telling me I’m due my
flu
jab. And yesterday it popped up in the early morning in the House of Commons about the
flu
jab. Anyone else having theirs done? Does anyone think it even makes a difference?
