Willow wore shorts
We are faster on the seafront, got fastest mile on Garmin, PR times 4 on strava, it was a lot more windy than here about a mile inland, went back down to garmin
fitness
age of 49 š and agreed to keep our runs mostly short because that doesnāt wear us out and once a week a longer run/walk over the downs

Overmedicated? Heart concerns
I haven't increased exercise or
fitness
levels in the past 2 weeks, the only change has been meds. Anyhow, like I say I woke up today almost in a state of panic? Heart was racing up at 120 for no reason. As I sit here typing it's back down to 55.

I graduated last year but with all that has happened over the year my
fitness
dropped and I had to start all over again. I have always been confident that I could do it again so it all started well. Then I realised that my trusty trainers were looking very sorry for themselves.

Just thought I'd drop by and say I've started my journey of getting more healthier and building my
fitness
levels by taking my first steps.... I'm a little unfit so even after a minute of running I was happy for the walking part to kick in.

Restarting
And the big surprise is that I havenāt lost all the
fitness
I gained last year. First time round I found the first runs very hard, running for one minute was pretty torturous. Now itās easy! Just back from week1 run2 and feeling really positive.

3K for Mr Garmin š
As I was running the first couple of kilometres, I was thinking about
fitness
age and I thought I would do a 3K with a fast (for me!) third km and see if my
fitness
age on Garmin improved significantly. I donāt really take much notice of this, but I was just curious.

It came as a bolt out of the blue as I'd always considered myself to be a fit and healthy person and was conscious of
fitness
, diet etc. I know from reading the posts, it was the same for a lot of people. So it takes a lot to get your head around it.

How to stop becoming unwell after physical activity?
I have a passion for
fitness
- I love to walk, run, exercise and do yoga amongst other things but I can never progress in these activities because the weeks that I am unwell after physical activity set me back and then I am back to square one, only to try again once I recover and the cycle repeats itself

See through leggings!
I ordered a lovely pair from Start
Fitness
and was delighted with them, until I tried them on. They are completely see through! I know I just asked for bra recommendations (thank you all!), but if anyone has recently bought some thermal leggings at a reasonable price, please share!!

Week 1 HM training complete
I have I have definitely lost some
fitness
and speed (I was slow before but even overtaking walkers is hard going). Six miles today in the snow, puddles and mud! A big grin and slightly sore upper back muscles and Iām feeling my mojo return. Hopefully Iāll be back up to 10 in no time.

Scrap yesterdayās happy post, I lied!
So I thought I felt fine yesterday, a great time to go for a walk, rebuild some
fitness
ready for this surgery! Wahoo, the worlds great! Well, i went for a slow stroll through Skipton woods, not far from my house! Didnāt push it! Was outpaced by pensioners š¤£. So I got home and I was exhausted!

Fitness tracker
Can anyone recommend a
fitness
tracker that works easily with Strava please? My series 1 Apple Watch is finally giving out on me. I donāt want to spend much on it as will only ever wear it when I run. Thank you :)
