Hey! Thought I’d come say hi, currently just done Week 4, Run 1 today and feeling proud of the progress I’ve made so far, my overall fitness seems to have improved more than i could have imagined over the past couple of weeks, on Week 1 I was doing a slow jog and completely out of breath and now I’m up to slightly faster jogs and feeling completely fine in myself. Excited for the next few weeks and to see what comes up!

Woo hoo!!! That sound fantastic imogenbella ..sounds like you’re proper enjoying yourself!!! Those first few runs have your heart and lungs going don’t they?!! I thought someone would call an ambulance if they saw me!!! Remember to always start your runs nice and slow so you don’t burn yourself out as the runs get longer...keep us posted on your progress, we’re nosey and like to know what everyone’s up to 😉
Ah yes! I had quite bad knee pain at the start of last year so was booked into physio to get it looked at and my running was pretty much forgotten about, paired with lockdown, my fitness levels fell right down. Now we’re coming out of lockdown again and I’m getting back into school I’m trying to just slowly get my fitness levels back up. I’m enjoying running a lot more than I thought I would!
It’s surprising how quickly you get hooked
Another one hooked! We never learn! So glad you're enjoying this. It's a great plan.
