Is anyone familiar with or know anybody who has used the Apollo Neuro device which supposedly helps one manage stress? Also the Calm app?

I like the Calm App & they have a specific collection for stress & take Mindfulness from step one to experienced.

I’ve not heard of the Apollo device.

The other website/device you might look at is HeartMath.

The Calm app is very supportive and useful re:mindfulness/ stress/ anxiety and bits and pieces on dealing with pain/ physical discomfort. That being said it is sometimes lacking in content options - you may want to explore Insight Timer app as well as loaded with free and for pay content.

Never heard of Apollo device so no comment.

Keep safe

The free version is limited but the paid version has a lot more content.
