Azoospermia straight to ICSI?
Hi, I hope everyone is doing okay with their
fertility
journeys. I wanted to ask if anyone has experience of
fertility
consultant moving straight to suggesting ICSI when azoospermia is not fully investigated?

Is it worth having a full thyroid antibody test? Any recommendations of online services pls?
I have had borderline under active thyroid with normal t3 and t4 ranges and TsH around 5 or 6 for years and then Gp put me on levothyroxine to help with

How would you make a complaint about your clinic?
When a
fertility
business makes a mistake like this, they are not just messing up the patients’ money and body. They are also crushing our last hope to have a family. I made a complaint to the clinic. But they care about their own interests more than those of their patients.

Recently diagnosed with Endometriosis, PCOS & Hydrosalpinx. I have been TTC for 3 years. Is there any hope?
I’ve been referred to a
fertility
clinic and am awaiting laparoscopic surgery to have a look at, and potentially treat the endo. Im just feeling a little bit lost at the moment and feel like I need a bit of guidance.

Care After Private Fertility Treatment Abroad
Anyone from the UK had treatment in Greece then asked to find an obstetrician/ consultant in the UK for continued care? I am currently waiting for an antenatal appointment on the NHS and I am based in East London. The IVF clinic in Greece have said I need to arrange a private ultrasound scan next week

Struggling with whether this will ever work today
[Sensitive - mention of loss] When we started
fertility
treatment after a devasting TMFR at 19 weeks of a non-IVF pregnancy due to the baby being affected with the gene I carry, I was hopeful that because we were only doing IVF to exclude a genetic condition and were 'good prognosis' patients on paper

OPK strips confusion
We have run out of funds for
fertility
treatment and after eight years we are hanging on to hope for a natural miracle. Again though since developing fibroids this year, we are presented with another issue and another long wait to see a gyno specialist.

Will the pill affect my results?
Obviously if I have endo I really want to know because when I'm ready to have kids I'll have to come back off the pill and I know it can also effect
fertility
, so it would be useful to have a head start.

dramatic drop in AMH
Back in feb this year I thought I’d have a check on my
fertility
as I’m 35 and not in a stable relationship. My AMH came back at 1.97pmol. Very low for my age. I had an antral follicle count scan and they said 1-2 follicles.

One blocked tube starting 4th treatment soon
Hello ladies I’m starting my 4th attempt of
fertility
treatment in September. I’m wondering if anyone has a blocked tube and been successful with a frozen embryo transfer? Also how do you know if there’s been any leakage from the blocked tube, is it only diagnosed through a laparoscopy?

Confusing prolactin results rant and how do I find an endocrinologist privately?
After 2 yrs without success we went to the GP who referred us to a
fertility
clinic. Long story short I had a hydrosalpinx (blockage in the Fallopian tube) from surgery as a child for appendicitis.

Fertility and termination
I’m also single and frightened about my
fertility
as Google is not my friend here when researching this stage. I am probably getting surgery to remove the endometriomas but I am wondering if I will ever be able to have kids and feel I don’t have a lot of time now (I’m nearly 33)

medroxgprogesterone and ICSI
I have made an enquiry in connection with this with my
fertility
clinic, but I would really appreciate and value your thoughts and opinions if it is safe to take medroxgprogesterone for a month or so to see if the cyst pain subsides and that it will not affect pending treatment?
