Painful Sex, Bloating & 18 days late on my period!

Hi all!

I’m just seeking some advice if anyone can help.

I suffer with PCO, ENDO & Hydrosalpinx.

I have been ttc for 3 years now with one miscarriage in 2020.

I’m currently on a 12 month waiting list to see a fertility specialist and hopefully get some help with ttc & also Laproscapy surgery to help the Hydro & endo.

I’m currently 18 days late for my period. I’m experience extreme bloating and also period like cramps. I have been taking pregnancy tests most mornings but they’re all negative.

My last period started on June 28th.

My lower stomach is so so hard and my boobs do seem larger with sore nipples (a symptom I experienced before) but with the negative tests I’m a bit confused.

Sex has also been super painful (like severe pain in my lower stomach) to the point I’ve had to stop before I burst into tears.

I’m also getting really bloated from small amounts of food and I read that this could be due to cysts / pregnancy and a number of other things.

I’m just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this? Is my endo getting worse? Should I try and get in touch with the hospital and potentially get more scans done?

Considering all of my issues I am usually bang on time with my period dates and have never just missed one aside from my previous pregnancy.

Sorry if this message is a bit confusing. Any advice is extremely welcome.

Update - I am 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant!! Praying for a healthy pregnancy this time around.
