Hey Eb20,Not sure about questions re: chances but re: meds, it seems clinics vary a lot. For my first frozen transfer (successful), I don't remember being given a choice and just followed a fully medicated cycle. But this time round, I was given 3 options (but I opted for the same protocol as we have our daughter from that):
1) Fully medicated - injection to down regulate, a 'period', then oestrogen tablets (until week 10), then progesterone suppositories (until week 10).
2) Natural - don't think this had any meds at all. They would just scan you multiple times to make sure they timed it in-line with your natural cycle.
3) Somewhere in-between. I don't remember much about this. My mind was already made up. I just wanted the safety net of drugs as our issues have never been diagnosed further than 'unexplained infertility' so I didn't want to take any chances!
At transfer, I would want to know the grade of the embryo and any other info the embryologist can give about how the embryo did after thawing.
Hope this helps and good luck with your transfer! x

This is amazing thanks so much - great summary. We are the same - unexplained, so totally agree with the medicated cycle safety net. This is our last remaining embryo....
We had a failed round 4 years ago - but conceived naturally after!
