Gyne Referral Made
My
fertility
consultant during a stimulation cycle I did 6 months ago told me he thinks I may have endometriosis in my ovaries due to pain on each examination I underwent. So here's my question - with endometriosis, is it normal to have ongoing pain after pelvic exams?

Blood test confusion
I visited my GP, told her my background and my concerns over my
fertility
. To my surprise she listened to me, referred me for an ultrasound (not the gold standard I know) but also said she would get a full panel of bloods done.

Stage 4 endo and trying for a baby
He has referred to
fertility
although this wasn’t what we were asking for.. Is it only
fertility
that can refer for sperm analysis? My consultant secretary is on annual leave till later in the week so can’t chase the clinic letter. Just wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation!

Do workplaces have policies on needing time off for
fertility
treatments? I'm not even sure who to speak to in my workplace, could an occupational nurse help with advice? Thanks in advance x

No period after provera
I was prescribed 5 days worth of provera by my
fertility
clinic, to induce a period so I could start my FET cycle. It's about the sixth time I've been given provera and usually it works. This time, however, 15 days after I took the last tablet and I've had no bleed.

Advice - cysts and TTC
I am due to have my bloods done for
fertility
next month to be referred the following month. Has anyone else been in this situation? It’s been 4 months with no contraception and my cysts have continued to grow.

RECOMMENDATION FOR A FERTILITY SPECIALIST IN LONDON FOR A 46 YEAR OLD
Hi all, I’m looking for a
fertility
Dr in London who specialises in getting older women pregnant. (Im 46 years old) I’ve never been pregnant and have grade 4 endometriosis. Can anyone recommend a specialist / clinic that they have had personal experience with that they have had success with.

brown discharge 7-8 weeks pregnant
I have another scan booked for next Thursday with my
fertility
scan. I feel sick with the wait. I would love to enjoy the Christmas period and enjoy being pregnant! medication wise I'm on progynova x4, lubion x2, prednisolone 20mg and x1 cyclogest that I take on an evening before bed.

Egg collection, hemorrhagic cysts and high progesterone
Hi All, I am on day 11 of taking Ovaleap 375 doze (age 41, AMH 7.2, short protocol) and my
fertility
clinic noticed yesterday that the two of the larger follicles are probably hemorrhagic cysts. They are both on my left ovary.

Subclinical hypothroidism resolving after 3 weeks?! And TTC/fertility issues
After reading a lot about thyroid really affecting
fertility
and miscarriage rates I do feel worried still and wonder should I go private, or just take this as good news. Any advice much appreciated!

Ivf loss - due to lack of TSH/ Hypothyroidism monitoring? Any advice appreciated :)
Originally, she had asked her GP/
fertility
doctors to test TSH before transfer, but they didn’t think it was needed (Her last test was in the summer). She thinks this could've been a big error, possibly causing loss of our embryo.

secondary infertility - where do I fit in?
Im not quite sure where to turn for support this time round - it seems Primary
fertility
networks and groups are closed to me but I don’t feel I fit into secondary
fertility
groups.

failed FET ☹️ next steps? More tests?
and we were referred to our local
fertility
clinic. During the 7 month wait for our referral appointment, he researched and stopped using a testosterone gel he had been prescribed by a doctor 2 years prior as it can effect sperm production (no mention of this when prescribed).

immunology testing
I’ve been seeing a great acupuncturist who has a
fertility
specialism/interest, and she suggested that as I have anaphylactic reactions to food triggers, asthma, eczema, hay fever - all the fun allergies! - that I might need to be prescribed steroids, or might like to get some immunology tests.

endometriosis and ivf
But I’m worried it will make my
fertility
and ovarian reserve worse? Should I give up and start considering donor eggs? If anyone has been on a similar journey to me or has any advice I would be very grateful.
