Egg collection, hemorrhagic cysts and high progesterone

Hi All, I am on day 11 of taking Ovaleap 375 doze (age 41, AMH 7.2, short protocol) and my fertility clinic noticed yesterday that the two of the larger follicles are probably hemorrhagic cysts. They are both on my left ovary. They did the blood test and I was told today that I cannot have fresh transfer because of the high progesterone levels - 10. Will need to have FET instead. When I asked about the two hemorrhagic cysts, they said it would be discussed later.

I should have my eggs collected in a few days time - does somebody have any experience with egg collection on ovary with hemorrhagic cysts of the size of a mature follicle? I am very worried it wont be possible. I only have two follicules on my right ovary so was relying on the left one which have five (excluding the two possible cysts).
