Only one egg fertilised on day 1 - gutted - this fertility rubbish is SO HARD
Embryologist called. Feeling so low. Only one / four retrieved has fertilised normally. One degenerated post injection, the other two 2 didn’t fertilise at all - no pronucleus. My husbands sperm motility was 37 best its been apparently. Worse result than last time where 2/3 fertilised but didnt make

Newbie questions - HyCosy, IUI, IVF
Hi everyone, I'm a new to the
fertility
network but hoping to hear about people's experiences with HyCosy and medicated IUI. We've been trying to get pregnant naturally for 18 months.

Also any recommendations for any good midlands based

I have an appt in 2 weeks to discuss our plan of action with the ferility clinic (King's
Fertility
in London) for our one NHS round, so I'd love some advice on what I should be asking for/pushing for in the way of support.

Husband refusing to accept his weekend drinking is an issue for our fertility.
Husband refusing to accept his weekend drinking is an issue for
fertility
. At the beginning of our
fertility
journey (Feb 2023) his results were drastic. ICSI for male factor infertility. By August when we had ICSI they had improved but not great.

Miscarriage?
After testing pregnant I experienced light bleeding which made me worried and I called my
fertility
clinic who told me it was too early to get scanned so had to wait.

Low Ovarian Reserve - (supplements to boost eggs quality)
My GP referred me for NHS
fertility
investigations but I was rejected due to CCG criteria. My GP applied for Individual funding request but I was rejected.

Male infertility, OHSS, s*xless relationship
New to join, but loving all the support and great advice, so thought I'd put myself out there…After 3 yrs of TTC and what felt like the longest 1 year wait for the NHS on the
fertility
referral, my husband and I were given the dreaded news…. It's near impossible to conceive naturally.

proximal tube blockage.
A little about me iv had a rough
fertility
journey for many years with many losses latest one being an ectopic and having tube removed fast forward 4 years and still no positive test so I had a HSG test done and it’s came back that they suspect a proximal blockage or tube spasm so I’m now on the waiting

Anterior, low-lying placenta
Google says that anterior & low placentas are more common in people who have went through
fertility
treatment. I suppose I'm wondering if there's anyone else going/gone through this & what the outcomes were. Was there anything you did that helped move the placenta?

What’s not normal…
But now found the endo has blocked my ovaries and
fertility
has advised that the adenomyosis gives me 3% chance of being able to carry a baby… I’m not sure if there’s a question in here somewhere… Maybe just on the bleeding.

Success stories for FET at 39 years old?
I started my first cycle of IVF in August after 15 months of trying to conceive (I have a naturally conceived 3 year old) no
fertility
issues likely age/embryo quality related. We had 12 eggs retrieved, 9 fertilised and 2 embryos made it to days 5 and 6.

Unexpected endometriosis
what they told me was a simple cyst on my ovary, only to find out they couldn't remove it because they found endometriosis so they have referred me to a specialist surgeon and are sending me for an MRI.The surgeon said something about it being bad and he couldn't see how deep it went and it may affect
