Medication and lower leg pains?
Hi I'm on high dose of bisoprolol, plus ramipril, omeprazole, felodopine, and bendroflumethazide. I am getting very, very severe lower leg pains - it feels like the bones hurt, like when you get flu but it's agonising sharp pain. Anyone here who has experience of this too? And if yes what have you done

Ramipril and kidney function tests
Just recently upped my dose of ramipril to 10mg and lowered my dose of amlodipine to 5mg due to swollen ankles with amlodipine.Had a blood test and my potassium and creatinine are both low with potassium at 3.1 instead of 3.5 or above.Doctor said repeat test in a month but meanwhile I'm taking all this

Amlodipine dose
I was wondering what benefits others are experiencing due to Amlodipine? I was started on Amlodipine 5mg in March this year. I was having regular check ups for blood pressure etc due to the possible side effects but I've been fine. No side effects whatsoever, but the medication doesn't seem to be doing

Has anyone with Raynaud's been prescribed Amlodipine? I would be interested to hear experiences. I have it sat in my cupboard but am cautious as I keep being told at every appointment i have low blood pressure and as far as I'm aware, this is also used to treat high blood pressure. I don't want to lower

Calcium and Bisoporol, Rivaroxabane and Ramipril
I have been on the first 2 of the above meds for 2 years and have also just been prescribed Ramipril. I have persistent AF and am on waiting list for Ablation. I am thinking of taking Calcium to strengthen bones etc. Anybody have an experience of this and whether or not it causes detrimental interactions

Stents and Hiatus Hernia.
I am coming up to the one year point of having my stent fitted, overall I am feeling good about my heart, I am still taking Amlodipine, Clopidogrel, Aspirin, Atorvastatin and lansoprazole. This reduces at the end of this month when I stop the Clopidogrel and Lansoprazole . I have a small Hiatus Hernia

Hello
Hello I’m a heart attack survivor from May 2019. I woke up at 430 am feeling as though I had slept on my arm and felt unwell. Nothing major just felt yuk. I tossed and turned not getting comfortable and got up to go to the bathroom and was sick. (Thought it was a dodgy egg from dinner) couldn’t sleep

Amlodipine
Hi Everyone I have micro vascular angina and along with other pills I was put on 5mg amlodipine. My blood pressure has been too low now so consultant suggested cutting it in half, well not had much luck with that as it seems to crumble up! I’ve been told that 2.5mg is not available. Any suggestions?

Waiting for LFT results
Hi, Went to have my blood pressure checked, which was high and given Amlodipine for that. Also had a blood test which showed elevated enzymes so am awaiting results of a Liver Function Test. I never considered myself a heavy drinker. Never got drunk. Just a couple of pints most evenings on the way home

Feeling lightheaded
Hi all... had some really positive days and feel as though things are starting to settle. However yesterday standing and talking with a neighbour I suddenly felt very light headed and close to fainting, I sat down and drank water and it seemed to subside. However shortly afterwards the feeling came

Alcohol post NStemi and 2 Stents
I had a HA in Jan and 2 Stents, I’m female 45. All seemed to be going well with my recovery until a month ago and a Renal test came back abnormal. So under DR’s orders I’ve had a month off alcohol and been retested and all is fine again but he told me I can no longer drink. Has anyone else had this news
