Just recently upped my dose of ramipril to 10mg and lowered my dose of amlodipine to 5mg due to swollen ankles with amlodipine.Had a blood test and my potassium and creatinine are both low with potassium at 3.1 instead of 3.5 or above.Doctor said repeat test in a month but meanwhile I'm taking all this ramipril so worried about whether it will drop even lower which can be dangerous.Any advice for me please?
