Wonder if anyone has anything similar? Diagnosed with Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy in Jan 2018 on bisoprolol, Ramipril and aspirin. Since Jan this year I have a decreasing tolerance for exercise; used to exercise 6-10 hrs a week now can only manage 5 on a very good week and can only exercise after I've had a nap! Two episodes of faintness while exercising, now sporadic chest pain, nausea and extreme fatigue really impacting my life. Normal ECG today and now awaiting another cardiology referral and stress test and echo. Starting to feel like I'm going mad, GP loathe to intervene but it takes so long to be seen by a cardiologist I don't know where else to turn. (Absolutely understand that the health service is under siege and there are so many people who need help more than me so in no way am I complaining of the help I've received so far......) I'm 52, don't smoke, eat healthily and very active job and lifestyle

How much rampiril do you take and when do you take it? What is your waist height ratio?
66" inches would give you a waist allowance of 33" so you are well inside that. A common side effect of rampiril is dizziness and bisiprolol can also make you feel shattered. I suggest you dig into your rainy day piggy bank and get a private appointment with your cardiologist to give yourselves some certainty?
