Medication and lower leg pains?

Hi I'm on high dose of bisoprolol, plus ramipril, omeprazole, felodopine, and bendroflumethazide. I am getting very, very severe lower leg pains - it feels like the bones hurt, like when you get flu but it's agonising sharp pain. Anyone here who has experience of this too? And if yes what have you done about it? Which medication caused it? Help!
