An update after today.
I have been to see my consultant today & he confirmed I’ve met a senior European specialist of cardiology. I’m now off amiodarone & they still want to titrate my bisoprolol up to 10mg According to today, long QT isn’t affected by beta blockers but it is a symptom of calcium channel problems. The Prof

1st Anniversary
I'm coming up to my 1st anniversary (Jan 4th) of my MI and I know I'm due to stop taking my antiplatelet medicine, Clopidogrel. I've been lucky in the sense I've not had too many side effects, just Bisoprolol and Ramipril but I would like to know if anyone has had any effects when stopping Clopidogrel

I take Amlodipine to reduce my blood pressure. I read that Cialis/ tadalafil, taken regularly in very small dosage, will reduce my BP as well as combat my .ED - all obviously subject to professional opinionl Has anyone any thoughts?

A Different Session of AF. Woke UP Confused.
This evening I had a different experience during a threatening AFib session. Dozed for approx. 30mins, as I am taking Clarithromycin 500mg Antibiotics for cough and Chest & Sinus infection. They are not agreeing with me very well. Constant bad copper taste and unsettled digestive system, constant tiredness

Ramparil the devil you know
After months of cough my consultant changed me from ramparil to candesartan after 5 days I was feeling terrible and struggling to get breath. Ended up in hospital and swoped to losartan. Still feeling rotten and am thinking I might be better going back to ramipril as I felt great except for the cough

Reassurance with titration down
I dropped the ramipril back to 1.25mg under advisement from the heart failure nurse. eGFR is now back up at 44 which is a vast improvement on the 6 I had back in June. Started the 7.5mg bisoprolol 3 days ago so I’m wondering about another blood test in a couple of weeks before I meet with the consultant

Ramipril 2.5 mg
In my previous post I mentioned being prescribed this on top of Felodipine and Doxasosin. Is it advisable to take all 3 at the same time, or should I separate them throughout the day?

Tired
Started the ramipril yesterday. I woke up today with no headache so this might be a positive thing. However I am so tired, can't walk too far my speech is off, as if drinking and since yesterday afternoon my leg has been causing problems. It's the inside of my right leg. I have some thread veins
