Started the ramipril yesterday. I woke up today with no headache so this might be a positive thing. However I am so tired, can't walk too far my speech is off, as if drinking and since yesterday afternoon my leg has been causing problems. It's the inside of my right leg. I have some thread veins at the side of my knee and an odd dull ache. Not uncomfortable but there. Gp said leave it until Monday...I am worried about my speech and fatigue though x I will get in touch with hepatolagist if necessary.
Today I book my ct scan of my head and hopefully nothing sinister shows up. I will keep you updated xx be well every one x

Hi Alley. One of the possible side effects of ramipril is weakness and tiredness. Maybe over time when your body adjusts to taking it, the symtoms may subside but l would not assume that and would phone and ask your doctor.
