Thanks - I have been told to drink a lot , reduce Protein and low dose of ramipril
1 . ramipril - I saw that one should do blood work to see if it is working etc when to do blood work , after a month of taking ?
2. Male enhancement supplements for ED - Manplus - I checked the ingredients , don't think there is a problem , any thoughts ? Damiana, Tribulus Terrestris ,Epimedium, Eurycoma Longfolia, Ginseng, Muira Puama, Yohimbe
Thanks for your kind attention and good health to all

1) You should have your creatinine tested after two weeks on Ramipril, and the same goes for most blood pressure meds. It is normal for the creatinine to rise a bit when taking these drugs, but if it rises more than 20-30%, your doctor should try something else.
2) Forget the ED supplements until you; 1) do a lot of research, 2) Ask your doctor about the ones you've narrowed it down to, and 3) make sure you know about potential drug interactions or potential damage to the kidneys.
Thanks for your response. I did share this info and my concerns on " thefitnessvibes " blog by Clark Bezos a P.hd dietitian who reviewed the Vixea Man Plus pills - no response yet. I do suffer from headaches when taking some medications so feeling good down there and bad up there is not a good idea. I am lucky that when it comes to men's health , you can return the product and get a refund. Unfortunately my dear wife passed away recently from cancer - metastisis to spine , liver and finally brain and during this time I neglected my own health issues. My high creatinine - 1.29,1.32 and eGR 58 was discounted as merely not drinking enough or maybe you took some medication and the family doctor tended to not look objectively at my blood work but interms of his other patients - you are ok - being border line is no problem. I had to insist on going to a dietitian , my daughter is a nurse in a children's hospital so the nephrologist there told me to go on ramipril and gave me diet advice which the dietitian had not given - this made me make an appoitment with a renal dietitian and change doctor. My late wife was great with her diets. I checked her blood work in the community - I don't have any records of the hospital blood work - at the beginning of 2018 her creatinine was 1.19 , eGr 58 - at the end of the year the creatinine went down to .69 and eGR went up to 94 - I can only think that taking mushroom medication cordyceps which are good for the kidney and liver and her Keto diet - low carb may have been the cause. I have been obsessed with my ED issues , not as bad as I think - but that will take a back seat to my kidneys. Thanks once again for the help. I will be paying a visit to the Post Office and return Vixea Man Plus pills - at least after the refund my account will be more in Plus.
