Not sure what's going on
For the last 3 weeks, though, I have had lots of aches and pains (hips, knees, shoulders) along with more than my usual
fatigue
. I tried upping my dose to 8 megs, but with little effect. I then tried going up to 10, with marginal improvement.

Possible IBD?
I have no family history of Crohn’s, no noticeable blood, and no weight loss or
fatigue
. I know that people here are not doctors but I’d love to hear your thoughts. Apologies for such a long post.

Caffeine, anxiety and nerves
So I was feeling sleepy today /
fatigue
and I really needed to stay awake to finish my chores 💤 So… I decided to drink some coffee with caffeine which made me hyper and later feel so weird and anxious 🤦🏽♀️ anxiety, high blood pressure, nerves felt shaky and tight does caffeine affect anyone else

Another update on potential meds intolerance
In the meantime I'm ordering compounded testosterone cream, endo says it should help with
fatigue
and libido. Very tired of these experiments, all I know is that I have issues tolerating meds, potentially need to split them and change a little.

Not Fibromyalgia: Not CFS
Following major surgery for head and neck cancer I developed terrible
fatigue
which included a ton of symptoms. Covid was rife and no appointments were possible with a GP. Not much better now either. I was in a real state both physically and mentally so emailed my surgery with a 2 page letter.

A thank you!
Someone wrote that depression is not wanting to do anything and
fatigue
is wanting to do things and not having the energy. This resonated with me and I have tried to explain this experience many times including professionals.

Thoughts on blood results and next steps please
My main issues are my eyes - really dry and gritty and often woken by eye socket pain or stabbing pain - slowly being eased by use of heated eye mask and daily drops; widespread pain especially hands (which also swell) and wrists; facial flushing - possibly Malar but hidden a bit by rosacea;

spine pain
Im starting to think it could be muscle
fatigue
, which is then putting pressure on my spine. Would love to hear some positive stories of people who have struggled with this and recovered? I am hoping when I get to add T3 it resolves this symptom as its debilitating. Thank you

Dry cough and GCA
A persistent dry cough for about 2 months (along with unusual
fatigue
) was what got me to my GP originally and after having ruled out Covid and undergoing 5 months of scans etc, eventually lead to my GCA/LVV dx.I have since learnt that it can be an atypical symptom...

Ginseng and Testosterone
I know whilst on adt it helps with overall
fatigue
but would that be defeating the object of the pc cells feeding on more produced testosterone, sounds like a double edged sword. Any comments would bd appreciated.

Interested in IBS symptoms
My other main symptom is awful
fatigue
which I’m guessing is related to this. I’ve started taking an iron supplement which hopefully will help with this (but last time I got constipation from it so I’m just taking a small amount for now).

Anaemia after TAVI
In July I had a successful TAVI with an excellent recovery - until early September, when I experienced
fatigue
. At first I put this down to the very hot weather here in England.

Possible AN with eye pain
I went to my GP suffering from chronic
fatigue
in July 2022. The eye pain began sporadically in November 2022 Nobody connected the two symptoms then or since. I went initially to my optician and spent months tinkering with my prescription.
