My experience with Docetaxel
I had
fatigue
for about four or five days after treatment. My taste buds are pretty rotten for about 10 days after treatment and then they start to come back.. before chemo and since my diagnosis, I have been very active, eating very healthy and exercising regularly.

chronic fatigue, and post exertional malaise
I’ve been suffering with debilitating
fatigue
, brain fog and increased exhaustion if I push myself too hard, as well as just feeling rubbish all the time. I finally googled the diagnostic criteria for ME/CFS and realize that that’s what is going on with me.

I have been feeling reasonably well with almost no
fatigue
, just the odd day but getting less. I'm on 50mg of thyroxine. I did the test first thing and stuck by all the rules that are required for a proper result. I am gluten free for a wee while now.

Why do my symptoms feel like Multiple Sclerosis when I taper?
At times during the day, when I can feel the inflammation inhabiting my body with extreme physical
fatigue
, extreme tingling extremities and inability to walk as usual. My legs move very slowly and my feet turn in and I am unstable.

Overwhelming Fatigue
I have a few other health problems but none that seem to explain my
fatigue
at least that is what my nephrologist tells me. The dialysis nurse and other doctor’s tell me differently ! I have numbness and weakness in my legs all the time but I am not diabetic.

Post exertion fatigue
I'm like a zombie today - over the past 2 days, I did quite a bit of heavy gardening as the weather was so good. I had muscle aches and felt a bit wiped out at the end of the day yesterday so took a long Epsom salts bath, and today, wham! it's like a truck has hit me, but with extra brain fog added.

Update on B1 dose increase after 4+ years
I continued at the higher dose (2 grams/day) until the middle of August, then I started having symptom recurrence (brain fog,
fatigue
, urinary urge incontinence, word recall problems, increased tremor).

Unusual additional symptoms
It is generally felt that the main symptoms of Fibromyalgia are pain,
fatigue
and pins & needles, but on digging further I have discovered that there are numerous other issues all related to the condition. I wonder if anyone out there experiences the same problems?

None of my family message me.
It is still the 3rd leading cause of death in the US, plus they are having trouble treating people with Long COVID (they are getting Chronic
Fatigue
Syndrome and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, probably from inflammation in the brain caused by the immune system response to the virus).
