A thank you!

As often happens to me on the forum someone posts something that resonates and I consider it for a while and make it my own and then can not credit the person who wrote.

Someone wrote that depression is not wanting to do anything and fatigue is wanting to do things and not having the energy.

This resonated with me and I have tried to explain this experience many times including professionals. I do not expect that very many people will be able to comprehend this experience, however a select few will be able to incorporate this experience intellectually. Very few.

It helps me frame the experience which is meaningful to me.

Another person wrote they saw no reason not to supplement 5mg folic acid. This too resonated with me. I will now do my own reading and make the decision for myself and then do a trial.

I've often said on many consultations;

My mind is bright but my body unwilling .

So difficult to explain the .motivation is there.

Frustrating.

I do not expect anyone that has not experienced fatigue to understand. I have found a few capable of understanding they don't understand.

I don’t do 5mg folic acid, as a matter of fact I take Methyl Folate , 4 drops is equivalent of 400ug if I feel I haven’t had enough through my diet Itake this, sometimes double the amount a day.

I self inject Hydroxocobalamin now twice a week and also take drops under my tongue of Methylcobalamin (2) and MethylFolate ( 4/8 drops) every other or 3 days. Depends on my activities that day.

I seem to be morphing into supplementing as needed. The concept is not accepted medically. That's okay.

It stops the migraines for sure! I do take other co-factors, lionsmane( vitamins B) in powder or drops added to my diet , magnesium rubbed into my skin, as supplements going through my stomach makes me ill.

It's funny I used to love to take Epsom salt baths. Maybe I should give that a go again.
