Ginseng and Testosterone

Does anyone know of any solid clinical proof that Ginseng does promotes the rise of testosterone and whether it is safe to take whilst being treated for PC. I know whilst on adt it helps with overall fatigue but would that be defeating the object of the pc cells feeding on more produced testosterone, sounds like a double edged sword. Any comments would bd appreciated.
