Caffeine has had that affect on me b4 and I drank coffee for many years. Because I get bad migraine like headaches, I was taking Excedrin for a long time. Excedrin contains caffeine to take away bad headaches. Sometimes I would feel anxious 😬 from it. It’s a double edged sword. If U try to drink coffee occasionally, you might be able to tolerate the caffeine better.

I use caffeine for the boost in the morning , but since I’ve been drinking it for so long, I rarely get the same thing all day. If I drink it on an empty stomach, though, I can get the jitters. Eat something along with the coffee since you haven’t built up a tolerance to it yet if you continue to keep using it. Or make the coffee weaker?

I found out long ago that my body couldn't handle regular coffee w/o experiencing

horrible physical symptoms. On the other hand, I have found that when I need that

little boost in energy, a piece of Milk Chocolate can do the trick. Just enough caffeine

but not in over abundance as in Dark chocolate. I am not a doctor just someone who

likes Chocolate lol xx
