Ongoing anemia
This takes it out of her physically for many days, let alone the
fatigue
she has endured for the months before. If only she had a unit of RBC every month, instead of waiting until she fits the absolutely buggered category. Do those of you that depend on RBC transfusions have this regime?

Morphine constipation help
It is helping my PLMD but the constipation is horrible, and also sedation/
fatigue
has set in, and while I can drink caffeine it doesn't seem to have any effect. (I wish I had stayed at 4mg--it was helping less but I had more energy and controllable constipation.)

Total t3 and free t3
Weight gain, puffy,
fatigue
, all that. Just does not make sense. On tirosint 88 and cytomel 7.5 mg. I listen more to what I learn from here, than I do to doc's. I guess my question is, how important is the total t3 in the big picture. Thanks much ! I value the knowledge here

Tips for dealing with GP
Five weeks ago I started with a flare - pain and
fatigue
, then developed sinus issues and severe headaches, dry mouth/throat, along with severe congestion. I contacted my surgery only to be told as usual, there were no appointments but a doctor did issue antibiotics and steroid nasal spray.

First Appointment - venting
I wanted to cry when I pointed at my low iron/ 19% transferrin, asking if they think it could be causing
fatigue
and they said “I only test ferritin, the rest don’t matter”.

Pegasys Update 1.0
Over the next three years increasingly struggled with
fatigue
and brain fog. I could be very energetic for a few months or very lethargic. Started having venesections as a test and these helped immensely. Although the balance with low iron was a challenge with very similar symptoms.

Sporadically fall backwards with no warning
Back to suddenly, out of nowhere just falling backwards and
fatigue
beyond all comprehension. This falling symptom only started after my 15 days off levothyroxine, nearly 3 years ago now, and is the most disconcerting symptom I have.

Devastated. Mom has begun hospice.
She was having extreme
fatigue
and nausea that felt like more than side effects of chemo. Got diagnosed with innumerable small brain mets around memorial day. Had 10 rounds of whole brain radiation.

It can be anything from my usual symptoms: brain fog, dizziness (especially when standing still),
fatigue
, sleepiness, headache, feeling like my brain and feet are on the cloud, swaying like I'm on a boat, nose cold though I don't have flu, irritability, anxiety, lightheaded, feeling like I almost pass

At a dead end with GP, where to go from here?
I still have symptoms of
fatigue
, constipation and I cannot lose any weight no matter what, I’ve been gluten free and this hasn’t helped. I requested an increase in the levothyroxine which the doctors refused as they say my levels are now good, and instead offered me a prescription for laxatives.

Help me juggle SOC and my anxiety
I now find myself MORE anxious as I deal with the various side effects (low Hb, osteoporosis, energy, muscle weakness and
fatigue
) I had polio and wheelchair user and airway weak arms legs - so all that weight lifting and exercise isn’t helpful to me. so many drs didn’t want to treat me with HT - hence

Is this normal?
So for instance I visit family or friends for a couple of hours or I go shopping or I go on a walk or I do housework and then I’m bedridden for 24 hours due to extreme
fatigue
and nausea and not feeling okay for maybe 48 hours. Is this fibromyalgia.

Hello everyone
Fatigue
is not an issue so I guess I have a fairly light version of PMR which came on after a Covid jab in October. I was told to take a 15mg dose for 3 weeks and then taper to 12.5mg. Other than that I was given no advice and only know more because I have read this site very carefully.

Do I reduce to 50 or 62.5mcg Levo?
I have been taking 75mcg Levo for just over a year and have been gradually experiencing more
fatigue
and anxiety. I initially thought I would need an increase but the tests show otherwise. My weight is a steady 50kg.
