Depressed with my symptoms 😭

Hello,

I'm learning a lot from this forum and so thankful that some members help me by sharing useful informations and guidance. My Hashimoto is not treated yet (test result in my previous post) but I've been suffering for years and it's getting worse. I feel depressed, cried a lot, and today I have such mental breakdown. 😭

What makes me depressed is that everyday is never the same. One day I feel ok with less annoying symptoms, but the next days I will feel totally different. It can be anything from my usual symptoms: brain fog, dizziness (especially when standing still), fatigue, sleepiness, headache, feeling like my brain and feet are on the cloud, swaying like I'm on a boat, nose cold though I don't have flu, irritability, anxiety, lightheaded, feeling like I almost pass out, etc... I can't sit down, lie down, or even relax myself. The symptoms are so terrible and concerning that sometimes I feel the need to go to ER (went there few times already).

As if they're not enough, my other issues appeared out of the blue the past few months: swallowing and breathing. I got choked one or two times. Since then I switched to soft liquid/puree food. I don't enjoy eating food I normally eat before. My breathing is slow (low heart rate), sometimes I hold my stomach and gasp for air through my mouth. Rounds of doctors appointments, they couldn't find what's going on.

Please please help me get through this and tell me what to do. 😔 Anyone has similar symptoms? Am I having inflammation or separate diseases not related to hypothyroid? Could full blown hypo be happened so fast? If not, any tips how to handle these symptoms when it happens?

Sorry for the long post, I'm so down at the moment. I feel like I could die all of a sudden. 😢

It can take several years for Hashi blood results to swing low enough to get treatment unfortunately. In the mean time its best to focus on vitamin levels.

The B12 result you have there is a serum B12 which isnt as accurate as an active B12 test.

Which supplements are you taking, dose and brand?

Your B12 is still on the low side if you are taking a supplement and you may need a higher dose/different brand.

Its usually suggested to take a B complex which helps keep all the B's in balance.

Contains B6 as P5P an active form:

Vit D isnt high enough yet. How much do you take?

Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Many members like the ‘Better You’ range of mouth sprays that contain both bit D & K2. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150.grassrootshealth.net/projec...

I am sure that the expert members on this wonderful forum will be along to offer you their advice.

I just wanted to say I can empathise with so many of your unpleasant symptoms and the frustration and alarmingly random nature of the roller coaster of good days/bad days. Mine all came on so suddenly and I had never felt so unlike myself either physically or mentally. Initially I was deemed sub clinical but in 6 months it galloped. Being your own advocate is tough when you feel so low but hold on and I hope you can soon improve.
