Macrophage Activation syndrome anyone ?
Weight loss, abdominal pain ,
fatigue
and vaginal spotting with increased joint pain are the primary symptoms with increasing flank and rib pain and heart pounding unexpectedly. My Research indicates those with AOSD ( Stills) and more likely to develop MAS for unknown reasons.

chronic fatigue, pain in hips and thighs
I now have same level of pain in hips/thighs but main issue is chronic
fatigue
. I am sleeping almost around the clock, fall asleep if I sit down, I’m unable to function normally and at times feel unable to walk across the lounge. My question is, is this normal?

Bleeding on HRT
(Had a fibroid removed in 2021).3 months ago the GP recommended I increase oestrogel pumps from x2 to x3 daily as I was complaining of
fatigue
. 5 days ago I started bleeding with period pain/cramps. GP advised I stop HRT and review in a month.

Dose change
I reduced my dose 4 weeks ago and I am struggling with
fatigue
quite badly this week. Could this be because of the dose change or is it too soon?

what about you?
In reading so many of your posts, one of the common threads seems to be stress.... stress over lab results, family situations, job, symptoms, the itch or the
fatigue

So tired of trying so hard
I dont want to let people down, but i literally cant go on like this. its the headache and
fatigue
and numbness that i get on one side when ive had a busy day that i cant cope with anymore. Ive stoped seeing friends, doing anything outside of work, all to try and manage but its just too hard.

fatigue
, brain fog, pins/needles, back pain, chest pain, limb weakness, headaches, blurred vision

What to plan with Rheumy?
Initially after stopping the tapering I had mood swings and
fatigue
but these stopped three months ago. My only current symptoms are those of blepharitis and possibly on-off blurred vision in my right eye, but these could be unrelated to PMR.

GCA, Afib, heart failure
I have had bouts of
fatigue
which have up to now been linked to adrenals following a Syncathen test. The CRP came back as 15, ESR 14. Rheumatology helpline suggested I stay at 3mg for now until I have the endo appointment this week as I have no GCA symptoms.

Please help with blood results.
., relapsed Graves June 2023) still suffering:
Fatigue
, weak muscles, heavy legs, bones ache down to big toes, back pain, breathless, wheezing, overweight. Doctor said, not to believe all I read on Google, as it has been scientifically proven that testing for T3 is pointless.

The first of which was pain at the slightest touch and chronic
fatigue
. This was brushed off by the GP as being 'run down' and it would pass.. it never did. I finally got diagnosed last year and put on 3 monthly injections of b-12.

Increase needed?
In Nov 22, results were - TSH 0.15 FT3 5.5 FT4 17.8 My symptoms haven't changed in years -
fatigue
but I work 6 days a week, so difficult to determine the cause. Muscle weakness and breathlessness on exertion persist. I'm still on 75mcg thyroxine daily and 5mcg T3 twice a day.

Difficulty walking. Would pred boost help.
Fatigue
not too bad. I want to do so much more than I can. Grief ongoing because my daughter has metastatic cancer. Do you think an extra 5 mg for a few days will help? I am now taking my whole dose at 2 am and before this had found it worked better than 9.30 am. sorry for the long post.
