Fatigue
Hi all, I currently got my first ever positive which is amazing after the journey so far. Early days still at 5weeks 6days. However I've been under the weather a bit with inflamed sinuses and ear ache. I'm starting to get past that but throughout all of this I have just been absolutely knackered all

Tolerant to Hydrea, giving Pegasys another try....
Dealing with a lot of
fatigue
and dizziness. But I know I need to get my numbers down. I might be a possible candid for the trials in November at Stanford but more info to come on that. Keep you all posted.

any one had to stop work due to health?
I’m not sure I am capable of doing job and find working any hours and managing
fatigue
a challenge. Has any one stopped working on Health grounds? Were you able to claim benefits of any sort? I’ve already used a chunk of retirement pot and not added to it as had planned.

Humidity and AF
Does anyone else struggle with more breathlessness and
fatigue
in these conditions? I have persistent AFib and normally get a bit puffed, but this seems twice the normal load, Not to mention the havoc it has caused with blight on our outdoor tomatoes!

Increase needed?
In Nov 22, results were - TSH 0.15 FT3 5.5 FT4 17.8 My symptoms haven't changed in years -
fatigue
but I work 6 days a week, so difficult to determine the cause. Muscle weakness and breathlessness on exertion persist. I'm still on 75mcg thyroxine daily and 5mcg T3 twice a day.

Difficulty walking. Would pred boost help.
Fatigue
not too bad. I want to do so much more than I can. Grief ongoing because my daughter has metastatic cancer. Do you think an extra 5 mg for a few days will help? I am now taking my whole dose at 2 am and before this had found it worked better than 9.30 am. sorry for the long post.

Seeking options to explore
My biggest problems are
fatigue
, cognition, balance and bladder issues. I live alone with my cat. I have no family in the area. I "still look so good" but am worried about what options may be available for me as I age? I find that cognitively I am at a loss more often lately.

Testosterone issue.
PCP on the other hand is very concerned and, due to SE's
fatigue
, weight gain, flash sweat, no libido. He's looking for a way to improve my QOL. I see him again next week and do not what to expect. Getting my testosterone count so low is celebrated with MO. Not so much with PCP.

Negative PA Test - way forward
I still have symptoms (pins and needles in feet, legs, and genitals, although
fatigue
and irritability has improved. Can anyone suggest a way forward? Do I try for more jabs if I still have symptoms with no PA? can anyone send me a link to the ampules and syringes / needles if I fail?

Pred withdrawal symptoms
Since I got down to 3mg I started to have muscle and joint pain together with
fatigue
. I have been off Pred since July and these symptoms have not improved! My question is.....Are these symptoms Pred withdrawal or did the Pred mask a bad case of rheumatoid arthritis?

High TSH, increasing TPO antibodies, latest results!
I'm really fed up with the symptoms now,
fatigue
, feeling cold, hair falling out like crazy, my throat always feeling like something is blocking it.....and I'm worried she will do nothing or just prescribe me iron tablets (test also showed I'm anemic). Thanks in advance.

SBRT #4
Went for a 2.5 mile walk after treatment, little headache and a little
fatigue
last night. Reduced urine stream at 4:00am (only got up once), this morning stream is fine. Just finished 45 minutes of dumbbells and abs, off to walk 18 holes this aft.

Help with Fibromyagia
For the last few weeks my
fatigue
has gotten so bad that I found myself sometimes sleeping all day and all night or taking several naps during the day. But still waking up exhausted. This is new. Usually my
fatigue
is managable.

I was told your results are fine it’s not the cause of the
fatigue
. I also had zero negative poly arthritis/fibromyalgia which as you’ll know main symptoms of which are
fatigue
and aching muscles.

Is it ok to let PMR get worse before starting treatment?
(Proximal stiffness not easing at all and crushing
fatigue
). Will this 2 month delay mean that I’ll need more preds to reduce the worsening symptoms or doesn’t it make any difference? If treatment for (probably) PMR is delayed much longer, will I be at greater risk of GCA again as well?

Quite the CLL journey
Initially great bone /joint pain, later nausea and diarrhea almost daily with
fatigue
. Eventually figured out to separate taking medications at different times, relieved symptoms.
