I'm trying to reach out to those with RLS-related difficulty working. My growing concern is body fatigue.

You might want to take adderal or ritalin. It lasts 4 to 6 hours. That way it will wear off by night.

Hi Elouis, I am retired now but the last six months of working was awful, I just wanted to fall asleep over my computer. It very much depends on what you do and how understanding your bosses are. I was very fortunate as my boss was very helpful and allowed me to go to the medical room for a nap at lunch time if it wasn't being used. I do hope you will be able to find a way to get through this.
