For the last few weeks my fatigue has gotten so bad that I found myself sometimes sleeping all day and all night or taking several naps during the day. But still waking up exhausted. This is new. Usually my fatigue is managable.
My daily morning routine was taking b12, CoQ10, Natural caffine such as greentea, and L-theanine with my breakfast. Then more natural caffeine in the late afternoon.
This routine worked perfectly for several years. Now suddenly it is not working anymore and I find myself extremely fatigued daily.
Someone please give me suggestions.

Hi. I have had the exact same over the last few weeks. I've also noticed that when it is really hot, I am more comfortable, no sweating, with the heat in shorts n t-shirt, but when the temperature gets cooler, I start sweating more when wearing the exact same clothes. I haven't slept under covers in bed for a few weeks too. My missus keeps telling me off fer dozing off during the day and sleeping all the time. It's really hard work to stay awake, and I'm not sure whether medication is also the culprit too.
I take vit D high dosage evry day, as without it I sleep ALL the time, I also have 2 strong coffee's in the morning and a can or 2 of healthy energy drinks to combat the fatigue during the day. As I am doing this, I have had to cut out all the calories I can to keep from putting unwanted weight on, as this can add to the fatigue. I find that having more carbohydrate foods like pasta, that I get a better dose of energy to stay awake more and help me do daily activities.
It really is a battle to try and defeat the fatigue and I feel for ye having to combat it yourself. It's all about, I think, finding what combination of things help ye to get through the day without collapsing during daylight hours, and keeping yer energy levels up and beating the fatigue.
Have you had your Vitamin B 12, Folates and Ferritin/Iron tested as low , borderline or deficient levels of these can bring on these autonomic nervous system symptoms like temperature dysregulation, swears and chills , poor sleep and digestion and physical feelings of anxiety with no apparent cause as well as more Fatigue , Pain and change in muscle size in the limbs and muscle tingling and numbness, weight gain in unusual places and thyroid imbalance. They also reduce how much of your Vitamin D and other supplements and medications you absorb , and how well you absorb nutrients from food , so even if you are taking high dose Vitamin D and other supplements the low B vitamin levels may mean you are getting little of the doseage.
I would recommend that you go to the GP and ask for the blood tests to be done for Ferritin/ Iron , Vitamin B 12 and Folates , Electrolytes and a full blood test just to rule out these possibilities . You can request these standard tests on the NHS every six months with a chronic health issue and a Vitamin D test every twelve months as you can't assume , as many GPs do , that because you are taking an oral supplement it is actually being absorbed.
Hi there , I would differently see your doctor who i am guessing will order some blood tests for further investigation, i was eventually diagnosed with CFS as had chronic fatigue, but blood tests are a good -lace too start and other symptoms you can list for the doc xx
