I’m still experiencing
fatigue
. I am in meno/post menopausal stage. Symptoms do over lap, but have suspected B12 issue for some time. Tend to get low active B12 results. Lots of B12 symptoms.

diagnosis experiences
I’ve had neuropathy issues for years along with extreme
fatigue
. My b12 has been up and down for about 5 years and only ever been given oral b12 on and off. I was given a dose of b12 injected recently but not loading doses as my GP has said that my b12 isn’t low enough (246).

What other tests
I get Joint Pain, slight Malar Rash (not rasied) always jusy flat and red across the bridge and cheeks, headaches, bruising, hives and angiodema, ulcers, joint pain,
fatigue
The more I research the more I am convinced its lupus. Just hoping the diagnosis route is not too long for me. Thanks x

Restless sleep
We are seeing his Neurologist next month and I have started giving him magnesium capsules to see if this will help his
fatigue
but does anyone have any suggestions as to what he can take to help him get a more peaceful and restful night’s sleep

Meningitis and Glandular Fever
I had viral meningitis in Oct 23 and have had horrible symptoms since; mostly headaches, body aches and extreme
fatigue
. I went back to work Feb 2024 and have been really struggling with long term effects of it, plus getting every cold and sickness bug from the kids (I’m a teacher).

Starting Third Month of Orgovyx--Update
,
fatigue
, occasional dizziness, random heart racing, brain fog, and increasing incidences of melancholy. Oh, and I no longer have any sexual fantasies, making me a different sort of animal now. No gastro affectations to report.
Fatigue
is probably the most pronounced side effect.

Exercise and fatigue
Hello Lupie friends, Around 2 years ago I told my Rheumy that I was really struggling with
fatigue
and finding the 3 classes I was doing weekly at Bannatynes becoming harder and harder to do. They had always been challenging, but I had coped well with them and felt the better for them.

I have terrible
fatigue
, suicidal migraines, believe me and achy bones. Since June my platelets have gone down from 900 to 616. I have always been energetic and staying positive always helps. I have embraced my diagnosis - the
fatigue
is a pain, and painful joints which come and go.

A question for my fellow 'asthma with bronchiectasis' friends
I have found my
fatigue
is worsening too,and I take an afternoon nap every day for at least an hour. Does anybody else have a similar pattern of when the quantity of mucous is at its worse?

Hand inflamation following PMR
Could it be adrenal
fatigue
? Edema from Amlodopine, (surpressed by steroids and only now showing up), arthritis? Any ideas. The forum has been a great deal of help over the last two years, thank you. I am somewhat desperate.

hashimotos and cortisol testing
Hi there because of the
fatigue
I am experiencing, I am thinking of having some tests done to see if my cortisol is ok. I am aware of the short synachten test, the straight forwards blood test for cortisol or the 4x a day saliva test.

Adrenal cortisol expertise needed
I was diagnosed with adrenal
fatigue
/ low cortisol 10-plus years ago and take 10 mg of hydrocortisone (tablet) in the morning and at noon. I just received results of diurnal saliva cortisol test and am surprised/confused at the results.

Random symptoms
Now I get random bouts of heart racing, crushing
fatigue
if I'm not careful to take breaks in the daytime or get enough sleep at night. I thought being stable meant no more issues but it appears I have to keep stress free, rest often/ go to bed early and don't overwork.

Symptom: emotional lability
It isn't there all the time but shows more when
fatigue
has increased enough or I have a flare up. I haven't found much information about this at all, basically just stuff saying it involves depression and anxiety. I'm noy depressed or anxious.

Enzalutamide Plus 5-Alpha Reductase Inhibitors for Castrate-Sensitive Prostate Cancer
Despite side effects like
fatigue
and gynecomastia, the treatment is well tolerated. The study highlights the potential for using ARIs and enzalutamide in this vulnerable group, suggesting a shift towards less intensive therapies could benefit frail patients.

New or old...
For those who experience the itch or the
fatigue
- or both - I know have days when they just struggle. Please don't ever hesitate to post here that it's just 'one of those days'. Believe me, we all will know exactly what you mean. We've all 'been there' too.
