Pain and struggling with weight loss
My
fatigue
has improved slightly (I have upped my vitamin D) and trying to eat better. I am also really struggling with my weight. I am a vet nurse so am on my feet all day so don’t consider myself not active and I try to eat healthy but I feel hungry all the time! Is this an Endo thing?

I have terrible
fatigue
, suicidal migraines, believe me and achy bones. Since June my platelets have gone down from 900 to 616. I have always been energetic and staying positive always helps. I have embraced my diagnosis - the
fatigue
is a pain, and painful joints which come and go.

Cooling Program from MS Focus
As body temperature rises, weakness,
fatigue
, visual disturbances, and other symptoms can become aggravated and temporarily worsen. While heat does not actually make MS worse, it does alter the passage of nerve impulses, causing a feeling of weakness, especially in the limbs.

Accompanied by extreme
fatigue
and brain fog.
Current:
Awaiting results on neck MRI (a follow up to one done in 2022, which if all ok will likely mean referral to a neurologist).

diagnosis experiences
I’ve had neuropathy issues for years along with extreme
fatigue
. My b12 has been up and down for about 5 years and only ever been given oral b12 on and off. I was given a dose of b12 injected recently but not loading doses as my GP has said that my b12 isn’t low enough (246).

What other tests
I get Joint Pain, slight Malar Rash (not rasied) always jusy flat and red across the bridge and cheeks, headaches, bruising, hives and angiodema, ulcers, joint pain,
fatigue
The more I research the more I am convinced its lupus. Just hoping the diagnosis route is not too long for me. Thanks x

Adrenal cortisol expertise needed
I was diagnosed with adrenal
fatigue
/ low cortisol 10-plus years ago and take 10 mg of hydrocortisone (tablet) in the morning and at noon. I just received results of diurnal saliva cortisol test and am surprised/confused at the results.

hashimotos and cortisol testing
Hi there because of the
fatigue
I am experiencing, I am thinking of having some tests done to see if my cortisol is ok. I am aware of the short synachten test, the straight forwards blood test for cortisol or the 4x a day saliva test.

Med suggestion?
I have super dry eyes and mouth along with
fatigue
and neuropathy. My doctor thinks i simply have a propensity toward SS, but I can’t imagine that I don’t have it with the symptoms I have. She offered me hydroxychloroquine anyway, but now I’m not convinced that it would help me?

I’m still experiencing
fatigue
. I am in meno/post menopausal stage. Symptoms do over lap, but have suspected B12 issue for some time. Tend to get low active B12 results. Lots of B12 symptoms.

2023: W27R3 - rain, snow, gale, mud, puddles and a personal record :-)
Today I wanted to end this year's running with a longer route before the Christmas holidays, because it was probably the last opportunity despite the
fatigue
. But I had no idea what was waiting for me: The wind and snow were so strong that I almost couldn't move from my place. My face froze.

When did you feel better on the right dosage of Levothyroxine?
Extreme brain fog and
fatigue
. When you were on the right dosage, when did the symptoms start to fade? and do they just go all of the sudden or is it gradual? This was my dosage for years and I felt amazing, levo works very well for me.

Meningitis and Glandular Fever
I had viral meningitis in Oct 23 and have had horrible symptoms since; mostly headaches, body aches and extreme
fatigue
. I went back to work Feb 2024 and have been really struggling with long term effects of it, plus getting every cold and sickness bug from the kids (I’m a teacher).

Starting Third Month of Orgovyx--Update
,
fatigue
, occasional dizziness, random heart racing, brain fog, and increasing incidences of melancholy. Oh, and I no longer have any sexual fantasies, making me a different sort of animal now. No gastro affectations to report.
Fatigue
is probably the most pronounced side effect.

Random symptoms
Now I get random bouts of heart racing, crushing
fatigue
if I'm not careful to take breaks in the daytime or get enough sleep at night. I thought being stable meant no more issues but it appears I have to keep stress free, rest often/ go to bed early and don't overwork.
