'Normal' isn't always optimal, can you add your recent results and ranges to give us a better idea
Could be caused by all sorts of things. Do you have other symptoms, such as dizziness, muscle aches & pains, cramp etc?
If your resources permit, it might be worth getting a broader blood panel done than a GP is likely to do. I do the MediChecks Ultimate Performance blood test. If you do that one, I'd suggest getting the blood drawn at 9AM, so that if your cortisol levels are off, the GP might actually pay attention to it straight away rather than insisting on a re-test at 9AM. If your resources don't allow for private testing, and if you have any of those other symptoms, ask your GP about a 9AM cortisol test. Hopefully, it won't be a cortisol problem, but it's one possibility for increasing fatigue. Of course, it could be a deficiency in vitamins, iron etc, which again the MediChecks blood test may identify.

I feel like this every day. (Still working to actually get a proper dose of meds).
I find I have different levels of fatigue, a daily wave, weekly, and one longer but more lead by triggers.
I've worked hard to manage my energy (followed a course on the NHS Derby website for energy management). It doesn't fix anything but has helped, over time, me to use what I have better without crashing so hard.
