Goats milk kefir

Hi, Does anyone drink Chuckling Goat kefir? I have had some on and off over the last few weeks, but not consistently so not sure if it helps. It is a very strong kefir that is full of B12. I am not sure yet if I have pernicious anaemia, or whether it is a gut dysbiosis problem as I do not appear to be absorbing nutrients well, including B12, iron, folate, and possibly others. And I also have low diamine oxidase which is used to control histamine.

I would say my main issue at the movement is extreme fatigue which I am hoping to get to the bottom of soon!

I do love their kefir. I love it strong and fizzy. I don't have it all the time, it's too costly to do that. But I have a box now and then. I also have made my own. I have no idea if it helps anything but it will settle my stomach down if I'm very windy.

I make my own goat kefir, much cheaper and very easy.

That's great that you make your own. Do you use proper kefir grains or a prebiotic satchet?

I bought it online, a bit risky I know, but it is fine.

If you do have PA, B12 loading injections every other day are a good idea. Those of us with PA do not get enough B12 from things we eat.
