So attended hospital today who were amazing had a range of tests chest. xray ECG. B12 and folate checked. As I have a range of issues extreme fatigue can only walk short distances. Balance issues. chest pain and racing heart and neuropathy you name it. Still no significant findings and causes. They said something about throid being just in range. So jury out on whether Methotrexate side effects or RA according to them. Seeing Rheumatology as planned in two weeks at least ruled stuff out. I am alive and free tea provided too and there were people waiting far worse off than me a lady who had pneumonia who was going to be admitted.

Hi. Hope you are diagnosed quickly and get your problems sorted.
FYI A lot of thyroid problems are caused by the immune system attacking the thyroid, so it's not unusual for people with RA to also have thyroid problems.
If you are only just in range then it is quite possible that this is causing some symptoms, the range is pretty wide and some people are quite badly affected when they are only just out of range. If you head over to the Thyroid UK forum, you can post the results (please include the ranges as all the labs are a bit different) and get their advice. The administrators are very pro-active there and will give you some good advice about how to proceed.
Thanks that was a thought I don't have the breakdown was told they are in range
I hope they soon get to the bottom of it and can start treating you accordingly. x
