Great to read the posts and valuable input , I am new to the group so apologies if this question has been asked and answered.
Me and my wife practice 16hrs for 30days, (my wife does twice a year) Dry Fasting ( no food no water) , and we can manage hunger and thirst, but the worst is fatigue and sleep, what should be the right kind of food that we should include in diet to help cope with the energy levels.
