Struggling with fatigue
Hello everyone, I have started to take quite a bit of vitamins (pregnacare, bio-quinone, folic acid and vit D) in January, but I really struggle at times with
fatigue
. We had a failed fresh transfer last year, but since we have unexplained infertility, I thought I would try vitamins as well.

HRT and fatigue
It's so amazing to just feel tired, and not the overwhelming, unbearable
fatigue
. Anyway, thought I'd share. Never know, it might be useful to someone else!

Carers Fatigue
First run today since my wife of nearly 54 years passed away, only 1.8k but another start. It gave me a chance to realise that as my wife needed more & more help, my running got slower & slower. You don't look at caring as a chore, it's something you just do out of love, and don't realise the toll it

Fatigue, Adenmyosis and Endometriosis
I was wondering what peoples experiences were with
fatigue
and Endo and Adeno. I have always been a tired person but sometimes my
fatigue
is so bad I can barely function, anything other than laying in bed is almost to much.

But the
fatigue
is really effecting this ability . Also mentally I’m just not happy or myself. Anyone else experienced this . Seriously considering getting this coil removed . I seriously felt better being in pain but being able to function.

How are you doing?
Although hard to do at times, movement of any kind does help the
fatigue
. It's sure hard to believe that but it seems to help. How are you coping with your
fatigue
? what seems to help?

I am currently again at 2 mg day but going through another bout of extreme

which came on suddenly in the last couple days. I had a similar episode of this

I was diagnosed with high BP in December 2023 when I had to go to A&E with sudden onset of a racing heart rate and increasing BP, 210/101 at its highest!! Enalapril finally brought it under control but after about a week I developed the side effect of a really bad, persistent cough. My GP decided to
