Please can anyone help me - I'm really struggling with fatigue which seems to continued after my Chemo stopped in May 2023, plus I just cannot regain my appetite and I am finding this so difficult combined with the daily battle against the disease.
Thank you buddies for being there

Fatigue can be terrible, speaking from my own experience. And often it goes hand in hand with loss of appetite. If possible try to move, whatever is feasible, and increase slightly over time. The more you exercise, the more you replace fatigue by tiredness, which would be a good sign and also increases appetite. If you can’t walk too long, do weight lifting while sitting. Try what’s best for you - but the metabolism has to be forced working.
I was almost done writing a lengthy response and then somehow I lost it. I am too tired to try to write it again. I know what you are going through. Hope you find the best way to deal with this SEs.
Consider asking your oncologist to prescribe Provigil. I've been taking 200mg/day for a year or two and it helps with fatigue and concentration. I doubt it helps with appetite. Also make sure you're keeping yourself engaged; boredom and depression will do those things to you as well.
I would try smoothies, higher calories and if you can add protein powder as a supplement. The biggest thing I was told by my oncologist was I can not hurt myself by exercising. So I pushed and pushed. Sometimes only a few minutes on the exercise bike. A couple years later it's 15-20 minutes every day before I go to work.
So sorry you are experiencing that. Fatigue has been my only symptom prior to the diagnosis and the most difficult for me to deal with post-radiation. I am just reaching the 6 month point after HDR and EBR treatments. 3 months ago they reduced my Zytiga by 25% to try and help with the fatigue but it has been a constant battle. I desperately want to get active but find that if I push it, I pay for it for several days, I no longer spend the afternoons sleeping, but still have stamina issues. I know it's important but find it very frustrating that it seems like I cannot build on daily efforts as I hve done with prior medical procedures. Hang in there I am hoping to push past it in the coming month.
For right now, try to get yourself eating again, eat whatever seems appetizing to you, whatever that is. And the more calories the better. If that means chocolate shakes at each meal for a while, do it. And make sure your doctor knows you are dropping a lot of weight.
I struggled with fatigue, but 20 mg if prednisone every morning cures that for me ! 74 year old dairy farmer . Dr warns of side effect but with stage 4 prostrate cancer I have bigger problems! I plan to go hard until I’m gone!
